I. Impartiality Commitment
Guangdong China Inspection and Testing Co., LTD ("HQC") solemnly commits that our company conducts, operates, and manages its Inspection Service independently, in strict accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and our Articles of Association. We are entirely free from commercial, financial, administrative, or other pressures, ensuring the absolute impartiality of all China quality inspection activities.

As a reputable Quality Inspection Company, HQC consistently operates as an independent, impartial, and professional third party. We adhere to our mission of "Delivering Trust, Safeguarding Quality" and maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of corruption, bribery, or fraud, ensuring our Product Inspection in China results are authentic, objective, and credible.

II. Independence Guarantee
Our company operates our Inspection Service independently, free from the pressure and influence of any interested parties. These parties include, but are not limited to, parent companies, sister companies, regulatory bodies, clients, internal personnel, and organizations involved in the design, production, supply, installation, procurement, ownership, use, or maintenance of the inspection object.

To safeguard the independence of our Third-Party Quality Inspection Services at the source, HQC does not engage in the design, production, supply, installation, procurement, ownership, use, or maintenance of the inspection object, nor do we act as part of any legal entity engaged in such activities.

III. Conflict of Interest Avoidance
HQC does not accept investments, joint ventures, or potential donations and sponsorships from entities with direct or indirect interests in the relevant Quality Inspection Company business, including clients and the inspected objects. This prevents such parties from participating in our operations, management, and Inspection Service activities.

We do not engage in any activities that could compromise the independence and integrity of our inspection judgment. Furthermore, we do not directly participate in the design, production, supply, installation, use, or maintenance of inspection projects or similar competitive projects.

IV. Personnel Management
HQC does not employ personnel (full-time or part-time) with direct or indirect conflicts of interest related to Inspection Service activities to participate in operations, management, or the execution of inspection services. We also do not entrust or subcontract inspection services to such individuals.

HQC employs 107 highly experienced Quality Engineers. All personnel strictly adhere to our professional ethics codes and integrity policies, ensuring every Pre-Shipment Inspection in China, Factory audit in China, Container Loading Supervision, and testing service is professional, reliable, independent, and impartial.

 V. Contract Management
HQC does not sign any contracts or commitments with entities related to the inspection object that might compromise the impartiality of our Inspection Service results.

When undertaking business, we rigorously review the interest relationship between the client and the inspection object. We firmly decline any commission that could potentially compromise impartiality, ensuring our Quality Control in China activities remain free from any improper interference.

VI. Supervision System
HQC has established a dedicated compliance department to monitor and evaluate whether the daily behaviors of our inspectors comply with regulations. This is achieved through real-time video connections to the Product Inspection Service site, announced or unannounced on-site assessments, and random telephone audits.

We have built a systematic and standardized integrity system with strict self-discipline and professional ethics. This multi-dimensional supervision mechanism ensures our Pre-Shipment Inspection in China and Container Loading Supervision processes are transparent and traceable, giving clients complete peace of mind.

VII. Our Commitments

·        Adhere to an independent, impartial, and professional third-party stance.

·        Remain free from commercial, financial, administrative, and other pressures.

·        Abstain from participating in the design, production, supply, installation, procurement, ownership, use, or maintenance of the inspection object.

·        Refuse investments, joint ventures, donations, and sponsorships that may compromise impartiality.

·        Decline employment of personnel with conflicts of interest in Inspection Service activities.

·        Refrain from signing contracts or commitments that may affect the impartiality of inspection results.

·        Maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, bribery, and fraud.

·        Ensure inspection results are authentic, objective, and credible.
