On-site third-party loading supervision serves as a critical quality and delivery safeguard before shipment, effectively preventing misloading, short shipment and cargo damage.
Upon arrival at the factory, supervisors verify purchase orders and packing lists, inspect empty containers for damages, water stains and oil contamination. They cross-check item models, shipping marks and package integrity, and conduct random product verification.
During loading, supervisors monitor handling and proper stacking: heavier goods at the bottom to prevent crushing. Cushioning materials are applied when needed. Any misloading or mixed shipment will be avoided, with photos and videos kept as evidence. Clients will be notified immediately if abnormalities occur.
After loading, the total quantity is counted. The supervisor witnesses container sealing and records the seal number. A formal loading supervision report will be issued with all records for clients’ filing.
