The waste chip box latch was checked to be opened and closed normally, without paper debris leakage.
The labels were verified, and the printing of the product nameplate and warning text was checked for accuracy. The non-conformities were recorded according to the sampling ratio, distinguishing between appearance defects and functional failures. Finally, the inspection results were summarized, and qualified products were allowed to be stored and shipped, while unqualified products were isolated and photographed for retention, and the supplier was informed to handle the issue simultaneously.
