Full Body Pneumatic Air Wave Massage Device – Inspection Summary
Product Composition: Main unit (air pump + control board), one-piece full-body inflatable air suit (with air chambers for arms, torso and legs), and air tube assembly. 100% full unit inspection is performed to verify electrical safety, air tightness, function, appearance, structure and packaging, eliminating risks such as electric leakage, air leakage, out-of-control pressure and air chamber rupture.
Pre-inspection Preparation
Test equipment: pressure gauge, insulation resistance tester, leakage current tester, caliper. Check documents: nameplate, user manual, warning labels and certificates (CE, GB etc. as per client requirements). Model, voltage and power must match the purchase order. Inspection shall be carried out on a dry and well-grounded workbench.
Document & Nameplate Visual Check
Verify main unit nameplate details: model, input voltage, frequency, power, manufacturer and warning statements (not for injured skin or patients with thrombosis). Check user manual for operation guide, contraindications, safety warnings and fault codes. Examine safety marks on power cord and warning labels on air suit. Reject if nameplate is blurred, warnings missing or rated voltage inconsistent with order.
Appearance & Structure Inspection (Main Unit + Air Suit)
Main unit: No deformation, cracks, burrs, missing or stripped screws or paint peeling. Control panel keys are flat, display free of scratches and dark spots; ports intact. Power cord without damage; plug in good condition. Air tube connectors without cracking, smooth insertion & removal with intact sealing rings.
Air suit: Fabric free of holes, scratches, skipped stitches or stains; uniform stitching without breakage or seam opening. Partition seams of independent air chambers are intact without leakage; velcro firmly bonded. Air nozzles on suit are securely fixed. Zippers and straps operate smoothly with sufficient tension. Reject for fabric holes, cracked air chamber seams or detached velcro.
Electrical Safety Test
Perform earth continuity, insulation resistance and leakage current tests under normal and single-fault conditions to prevent electric shock. Power-on test: No sparking, burnt smell or abnormal noise. Power indicator lights up normally; keys and mode switching respond properly. Reject for tripping, burnt odor, sparking, excessive leakage or malfunctioning keys.
Pneumatic Function & Air Tightness Test (Core Item)
Connect air tubes between main unit and air suit following marks. Run all pressure levels and timing modes. Air pump operates smoothly without abnormal noise. Calibrate pressure; maximum pressure shall not exceed specification limit (typically 20~120 mmHg). Air chambers inflate sequentially in designed order. Simulated wearing test: inflate and deflate each chamber completely. Pressure holding test: maintain set pressure for 30 seconds and record pressure drop. Accept only if pressure drop stays within tolerance. Air leakage from air chamber fabric or seams leads to direct rejection; connector leakage may be repaired by replacing sealing rings. Overpressure & blockage protection test: the unit shall auto-stop and release pressure when outlet is blocked. Air chambers shall release pressure rapidly after power cut. Reject if any chamber fails to inflate/deflate, pressure deviation exceeds tolerance, air chamber leaks, or overpressure protection fails.
Noise, Durability & Accessories Check
Operating noise must comply with specification without sharp friction noise. Verify all accessories: main unit, full-body air suit, air hoses, power cord, manual and certificate match packing list. Hoses shall not crack or block gas after bending.
Packaging Inspection
Inner packaging with foam protection to avoid collision; separate protection for main unit and air suit. Outer carton printed with model and shipping marks, with desiccant inside. Each unit is packed with certificate.
Defect Classification
CR (Critical, reject directly): Electric leakage, failed earthing, uncontrolled pressure, no overpressure protection, ruptured air chamber, ignition or burning smell upon power-up.
MA (Major, reject): Single air chamber non-functional, out-of-tolerance pressure, cracked housing, damaged power cord, missing safety warnings.
MI (Minor, cosmetic, concession acceptable upon negotiation): Light scratches with no impact on safety or function, slightly blurred printing.
