After opening the box, conduct an appearance inspection: the surface of the disc must have no scratches, dents, burrs, rust spots, or color differences. The edges should be smooth and without cracks. The welding area should be smooth without sand holes. Measure the dimensions and check the diameter, height, and thickness. The tolerance must meet the requirements.
Functional and material inspection: Check if the product labels and steel stamps are clear. A simple check can be made to inspect the flatness of the disc surface. Place it flat and check for no warping. Sample checks should be conducted for load-bearing and scratch resistance.
Finally, make records, distinguish between qualified and defective products, take photos to retain the defective samples. Mark the defective products, summarize the inspection report, and determine whether they can be stored or shipped.
